Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sarathi desktop app, its model gateway and the website at neuralsarathi.io (the “Service”) operated by BHASKARA AI LABS (“BHASKARA AI LABS”, “NeuralSarathi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Sarathi is a product of BHASKARA AI LABS; payments appear under the BHASKARA AI LABS business name.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 No free trial

Sarathi is available on paid subscriptions only. There is no free trial; access begins when your first payment succeeds and a plan activates on your account.

3.2 Paid subscription

Access to plan features requires a paid subscription — Starter, Pro, or Max, on monthly, quarterly, or annual billing at the prices published on the pricing page, billed in advance for each billing period. Customers in India pay the published price in Indian rupees, with 18% GST added. Customers outside India pay the published price in US dollars; these are exports supplied under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) without payment of Indian GST. The checkout shows the price, tax and total before payment. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges separately. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

3.3 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions in rupees and in US dollars renew automatically at the start of each billing period, at your plan's price, until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

3.4 Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge by emailing support@neuralsarathi.io. Refunds are not full refunds: we refund the amount you paid less (a) the cost, at our AI providers' prices, of the AI usage your account has already consumed and (b) any charges our payment provider and banks make to us for processing the payment and the refund. Refunds return to the original payment method and may take several business days.

3.5 Access validity

Access to plan features is granted while your subscription is active. Access ends when the subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails and the grace period defined by your payment provider lapses.

3.6 Price changes

We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

4. Model Processing

Sarathi uses AI models run by third parties. When you use it, the app sends your prompts and the project context needed for each step through Sarathi's model gateway, which forwards them directly to Anthropic for its Claude models and otherwise to OpenRouter, which routes them to the model hosts we select. These third parties process that content to produce the model's output, under their own terms. Model usage is metered in credits against your plan; the gateway may refuse a request when your plan is inactive or its credits are used up, or when the model hosts are unavailable. 6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of NeuralSarathi and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription, subject to these Terms.

Code and content generated by Sarathi while you use the Service belongs to you, to the extent permitted by the rights in any underlying third-party material.

7. The Service Is Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be correct or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will NeuralSarathi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NeuralSarathi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account remains unpaid. Upon termination, all access tokens issued to you become invalid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
