These are the companies that process data for the Sarathi Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We update this list when our providers change. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
AI model providers
Sarathi's model gateway (DigitalOcean, Bangalore, India) sends requests for Anthropic's Claude models directly to Anthropic, and all other model requests through OpenRouter, which routes each request to one of these providers for the kind of work:
- Building apps — Sail Research (United States); when it is busy or unavailable, SiliconFlow (SILICONFLOW TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., Singapore; it does not publish where its servers run) or Morph (AutoInfra, Inc., United States). When a step needs a stronger model, the work moves to OpenAI (through OpenRouter) and then to Anthropic
- 3D scenes, CAD parts, work in desktop apps and computer use, and chats — Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC, United States), directly from our gateway
- Reading images, making pictures and searching the web — OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure where OpenRouter routes OpenAI's models there; web searches also go to the search provider OpenRouter uses for its web search
Other providers
- Supabase — authentication and the database for accounts, devices, subscriptions, invoices and usage records (Tokyo, Japan)
- DigitalOcean — hosting for the website and the model gateway (Bangalore, India)
- Razorpay — payment processing (India)
- Resend — transactional email
- Google and GitHub — optional sign-in providers
- Microsoft Store — distribution and updates of the Sarathi app
