What do credits buy?

Credits measure the AI work on your projects: building, changing and checking. Bigger apps use more. Credits renew every month and do not roll over.

Pricing questions

Do I need my own AI account or API key?

No. AI usage is included in every plan; there is nothing else to buy or set up.

What happens when I run out of credits?

New requests can't start until your credits renew. Credits are reserved while a request runs and adjusted to what it really used. There are never automatic overage charges.

How do quarterly and annual plans work?

You pay for the whole period up front, and your credits still renew every month. Longer periods cost less per credit; each plan shows how much less than monthly. An annual plan also locks your rate for 12 months. Credits don't roll over.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from your dashboard. Changes apply at your next renewal; after cancelling, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Which currency will I pay in?

Customers in India pay in rupees, with 18% GST added at checkout. Everyone else pays in US dollars by card. Your billing country decides it.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, within 14 days of your first payment: email support@neuralsarathi.io. We refund what you paid less the cost of the AI usage you have already used and the charges our payment provider and bank make for the payment and the refund.
