Activation
Link the Sarathi desktop app to your account to start your Pro trial. Your license is bound to this machine.
Step-by-step
- Open Sarathi on your Windows machine. On first launch it displays an activation code in the format
XXXX-XXXX. - Copy that code.
- Open the activation page and sign in to your NeuralSarathi account. (You can also activate directly from your dashboard.)
- Paste the code and click Activate.
Done. Sarathi receives its license automatically — no key to paste back into the app. Your 7-day Pro trial begins.
How hardware binding works
Your license is tied to this specific machine. Each license is bound to a hardware identifier captured during activation, so a key activated on one computer won't work on another. If you upgrade your PC or need to move Sarathi, just activate again on the new machine from your dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- “The code expired”
- Codes last 10 minutes. Generate a fresh one in Sarathi and try again.
- Sarathi says no license after activating
- Make sure Sarathi is open and online when you click Activate — it polls for the license. If it still fails, fully restart the app.
